Sean Blair took his third victory in a seven person round-robin tournament with a single-elimination bracket pitting second and third against each other and then playing the round-robin 1st place finisher. Sean went 6 and 0 during the "regular season" and finished it off with a 2 games to 0 final over Will D. The second place finisher, Will, was 5 and 1 in the regular season. Chris took third with a regular season finish of 4 and 2.

Sean Blair took his second victory in a four person round-robin tournament with a single-elimination bracket pitting second and third against each other and then playing the round-robin 1st place finisher. Sean went 6 and 0 during the "regular season" and finished it off with a 2 games to 1 final over Will D. The second place finisher, Will, was a disappointing 3 and 3 in the regular season. Jim and Jose played each other in their last game of the round-robin to determine who would advance, Jim won that game 3 to 2.

Two more newcomers to the monthly tournament. If only we could get everyone there at the same time. Dave Williams won again and Will D. came in second again. Dave mentioned that we could have league play by filling out a card every time you play a game and dropping it into a box next to the bubble at any time. At the Maple Leaf Pub we had three newcomers to the League last night, Dave Williams (from Pittsburgh, pictured), Cory (from Houston), and Jim (originally from Edmonton). Dave seems to be an affiliate from the IBHF (International Bubble Hockey Federation). Dave was 5 and 1 in matches but had to fight off a tough Will D. in three of those matches. In the 8 games played between Dave and Will, Dave scored 44 points and Will scored 41. In other bracket happenings, Cory battled his rival Jose for third place.
